This Privacy Policy explains what information Delta Trade HUB (the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the algorithmic trading terminal at deltatradehub.io.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the Service needs to operate:

  • Account data — your email address and a hashed password.
  • Exchange API credentials — the keys you choose to connect, stored encrypted at rest and used only to run your strategies.
  • Trading and usage data — the strategies you configure, orders placed on your behalf, positions, and related performance metrics.
  • Technical data — basic logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service: authenticating you, connecting to your exchange accounts, executing the strategies you configure, displaying your portfolio and analytics, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Exchange credentials

Your API keys are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties. They are used solely to perform the actions you authorize on the exchanges you connect. You can remove connected credentials at any time from your account settings; removal revokes the Service’s ability to act on that exchange.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the exchanges you connect (to execute your instructions) and with infrastructure providers that host the Service under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it. We apply encryption, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may access or update your account information, disconnect exchange credentials, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data except where we are required to retain it.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
