Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Delta Trade HUB (the “Service”), an algorithmic trading terminal for futures and perpetual cryptocurrency markets. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Delta Trade HUB aggregates real-time market data from supported exchanges and lets you build and run automated, rule-based trading strategies — including cross-exchange arbitrage — using your own exchange accounts. The Service connects to those accounts through API credentials that you provide. We do not custody, hold, or take possession of your funds at any time; all balances remain in your own exchange accounts.

2. Eligibility and access

Access is by invitation only and requires a valid referral. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws and exchange terms that apply to you.

3. Your account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Exchange API keys you store with us are encrypted at rest and are used solely to operate the strategies you configure. We never transmit your credentials to third parties. We recommend using API keys scoped to trading only, with withdrawal permissions disabled.

4. Trading risk

Trading cryptocurrency and derivatives carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial capital. The Service is a tool, not investment advice. You alone decide which strategies to run and are responsible for every order placed on your behalf. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, exchanges may be unavailable, and automated execution may fail or behave unexpectedly. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Trade HUB and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange outages, data errors, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
